Q. How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if an item is right for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are NOT granted for:
* Items with obvious signs of use
* Items that has been opened
* Items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Items that are returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase
* Items that are sold as final sale during a promotion
* Refurbished rice cookers
Note: Parts are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Please identify your rice cooker item number and read parts item description carefully before purchasing.
Q. What if items arrive damaged?
Please contact our customer service center immediately to process a damage claim. Claim instructions will be given to you. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Cuchen US is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Cuchen US. We advise getting insurance for your return shipment because we will not be able to refund items that were received in our warehouse as damaged. Keep the tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is safely returned to our warehouse.
The warranty period is 1 year for regular rice cookers and 6 months for refurbished rice cookers from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers repair cost for technical issues, malfunctioning of the cooker. Replacement of parts such as rubber packing, inner pot, etc. is not covered by warranty.
To claim a warranty, you will be asked to submit a proof of purchase (receipt with date stamp) and a warranty card provided at the time of purchase. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to claim.
