Technical FAQ

It is normal to hear noises repeating regularly. 주기적인 소리가 들리는 것이 정상입니다. 

• Wind-like noise: It occurs when cooling the inner temperature to maintain temperature evenly. This is the sound of the fan spinning.
  
• “Tat” noise: It occurs when the system is closing the steam vent to seal the pressure inside for cooking.
  
• Water drop noise: it occurs when the initial pressure formed inside is releasing.
• 밥짓기를 할 때 ‘붕'하는 바람소리가 나는 것은 밥솥 내부의 열을 식혀주기 위해 송풍팬이 돌아가는 소리입니다.
• 압력으로 밥짓기나 요리를 할 때 ‘딱'하는 소리가 나는 것은 밥솥 내부에 압력이 생길 수 있도록 자동증가 배출장치를 닫아주는 소리입니다.
• 밥짓기를 할 때 ‘복~똑~'하는 물방울 터지는 소리가 나는 것은 밥솥 내부에서 초기에 발생한 압력이 배출되는 소리입니다

·         Plug in the power cord securely. 

·         If the power has gone out for an extended duration of time while cooking, start over again. Do not press any buttons while cooking is in progress.

·        전원 플러그가 제대로 꽂혀져 있는지 확인하세요.

·        취사 도중에 전원이 꺼지지 않았는지 확인하시고 다시 취사를 시작해보세요. 취사 중에 다른 버튼이 눌리지 않도록 조심하세요.

·         Check if the pressure cap is tilted. Straighten it up. The inner pressure can’t be regulated properly when the pressure cap is tilted. Make sure to place and use your rice cooker on a plane surface.

·         Make sure to add the right amount of water. Make sure to select right mode for rice type and cooking.

·         Check if there are any grains stuck to the pressure packing. Clean the top rim of the inner pot and the outer side of the pressure packing, the contact surface of the pressure packings.

·         Check if the pressure packing loosened and attach it correctly. If worn, replace to a new packing. It is recommended to replace the packing annually. You can purchase the packing or clean cover with packings here. Instructions on how to install the packing correctly is here. If you need more help, contact our service center.

·         내측 패킹이 부분적으로 빠져 있지 않나요? 내측 패킹을 압력뚜껑의 홈부에 맞춰 끼워주세요

·         내촉 패킹에 밥알 및 이물이 묻어 있나요? 설명서의 세척방법을 참조하시어, 이물을 제거해 주세요

·         압력패킹이 클린커버에서 이탈되거나, 변형되지 않았나요? 설명서의 압력패킹 조립/분리 방법을 참조하시어 압력패킹을 조립하여 주세요.

·         압력패킹 또는 내솥에 밥알 또는 이물이 묻어 있나요? 설명서의 세척방법을 참조하시어, 이물을 제거해 주세요

·         압력추가 기울어져 있지 않나요? 압력추가 기울어져 있으면 내부의 압력이 발생하지 않아 찰기가 떨어져 퍼석퍼석한 밥이 됩니다. 제품을 평평한 곳에 놓고 사용하시고, 취사전에 압력추가 올바르게 되어 있는지 확인해주세요

·         내측 패킹 또는 압력 패킹이 손상되거나 찢어진 경우에는 고객센터에 문의하시어 새것으로 교환하세요 (압력패킹 및 내측패킹은 소모품입니다)

·         내솥이나 클린커버가 찌그러지거나 파손된 경우에는 고객센터에 문의하시어 수리 또는 교체하시기 바랍니다.

Remove moisture or obstacles from the inner pot surface or the auto temperature sensor's surface.

내솥 표면이나 바닥 온도 센서에 습기 혹은 붙어있는 들을 깨끗하게 제거해주세요.
