Q. Where do you ship?

We ship to all US States, including US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. For questions about shipping address and other shipping-related issues, please get in touch with cuchen@cuchenus.com

 

Q. Why are certain products unavailable in some states?

Certain states have enacted regulations restricting the sale and distribution of products containing PFAS. To comply with applicable state laws, we are unable to sell or ship these products to those states.

Q. What is InsureShield Shipping Insurance?

As a reminder, Cuchen US is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding InsureShield shipping insurance to all orders to protect your order against damage, loss, and porch-pirate theft.

Please note that you need to turn the InsureShield toggle "on" and pay a small fee for the insurance in order to get your order covered.

Q. How long does delivery take?

Items are generally shipped within 3 business days following order confirmation. Order cutoff time is 10:00 AM PST, Monday - Friday. Please allow up to 2~3 additional days for rural zip codes, high season, holidays, and sale events. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as we ship your order. Note that selecting expedited shipping only affects delivery speed and does not expedite the order processing time.

USPS may experience shipment delays. Please kindly allow additional days for tracking updates and delivery. Cuchen US has no control over transit times or delivery and is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. These are not eligible for refunds/returns as this is a courier issue.

Delivery: Please note that we ship from Los Angeles, California.

  • USPS First Class (1-5 business days from the date of shipping confirmation)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days from the date of shipping confirmation)
  • UPS Ground with Signature Required Option (1-6 business days depending on the destination—see the map below)

 

Q. How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary by weight and destination. They are available at checkout page. Shipping fee for Hawaii and Alaska are higher than other states. None of sitewide free shipping offer applies to Hawaii and Alaska.

 

Q. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number information. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.

To protect your order from theft and damage, customers can purchase shipping insurance (InsureShield) for a small fee at checkout. Please do not remove the insurance fee from your cart for your shipment protection.
