The warranty period is 1 year for domestic rice cookers and 6 months for commercial rice cookers (model# CJE-B2801) from the date of purchase. Refurbished rice cookers are final sale and do not come with warranties.
Warranty covers repair cost for technical issues, malfunctioning of the cooker. Replacement of parts such as rubber packing, inner pot, etc. is not covered by warranty. To register your product for a warranty, click here.
To obtain repair service during the warranty period, consult your Cuchen dealer. Attach a note to the product describing any problems or malfunctions in detail. Be sure to send the product complete with all parts and accessories.
A bill of sale, receipt, or other proof of date of purchase (receipt with date stamp) and a warranty card provided at the time of purchase must be presented with the product to receive the in-warranty service. Please email email@example.com to claim.
