A. Apple Compote Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 900g (2lb) of apple (5 apples)
- 2T of lemon juice
- 1T of Calvados (apple brandy)
- 70g (2.5oz) of sugar
- 1/4t of cinnamon powder
Preparation

Peel the apples to remove the seeds. Cut each of them into small pieces.
Cooking

Put all the ingredients into the inner pot of Smart Multi Cooker.
Adjust the amount of apple brandy Calvados as you prefer. Then Close the lid. -
Set Pressure to 1; Cook for 30 minutes.
- When cooking is done, put it into a bottle and store it upside down at room temperature in order to store the dish for long period.
B. Raspberry Jam Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 230g (0.5lb) of frozen raspberry
- 1C of sugar
- 1T of lemon juice
Preparing for cooking

Thaw the frozen raspberry enough to separate with hands or a spoon.
Cooking

Put all ingredients into the inner pot Smart Multi Cooker and mix them softly.

Set Pressure to 1; Cook for 30 minutes.
- When cooking is done, mix up softly. To store the dish for long period, put it into a bottle and store it upside down at room temperature.
